Calibration Gas Regulators
Trigas USA calibration gas regulators are built for disposable calibration gas cylinders and handheld gas detectors. Every regulator includes a pressure gauge and a 3/16" hose barb outlet; standard C-10 models are rated to 1200 psig inlet pressure (1740 psi versions available), CGA600 models to 600 psig. Choose by three things: the flow type your instrument needs, the cylinder connection, and the body material for your gas.
Fixed flow, demand flow or Dial-A-Flow?
Fixed flow regulators deliver one constant, factory-preset flow rate — the standard choice for bump testing and calibrating diffusion-style handheld monitors. Trigas presets any rate from 0.1 to 8.0 LPM; specify the rate your detector's manual calls for (0.5 and 1.0 LPM are the most common). Available in C-10 brass ($98), C-10 stainless steel ($170) and CGA600 brass ($98).
Push-button regulators deliver the preset flow only while the button is pressed, so nothing is wasted between quick bump tests: C-10 brass ($123) or C-10 stainless steel ($213). For fully charged high-pressure disposable cylinders there are 1740 psi fixed flow versions in brass ($108) and stainless steel ($187).
Demand flow regulators open only when the instrument's pump draws gas and shut off automatically, so pump-equipped detectors and sampling instruments take exactly what they need with no waste. C-10 brass ($251) or C-10 stainless steel ($408); also available for CGA600 cylinders ($251), in a lightweight anodized aluminum body ($251) and as a compact model for docking stations ($238).
Dial-A-Flow regulators put 12 flow settings (0 to 8.0 LPM) on one top-mounted dial, so a single regulator covers every instrument in your fleet. C-10 brass, 12 settings ($213) or C-10 stainless steel for reactive gases ($292).
High-pressure fixed flow regulators with a 1/4" NPT inlet are rated to 3000 psig for refillable cylinders and bench manifolds: brass ($124) or stainless steel ($215).
C-10 or CGA600 connection?
The cylinder decides the fitting, not the gas. Most Trigas cylinders — 34 L aluminum, 58 L, 103 L, 105 L and 116 L — use the C-10 thread (5/8"×18 UN). 17 L and 34 L steel cylinders use CGA600 (1"×20 UNF). The connection is listed under Specifications on every cylinder page. Running both cylinder types? The CGA600-to-C-10 adapter ($55) lets one C-10 regulator serve both, and the C-10-to-CGA600 adapter ($55) does the reverse. Fill adapters, 1/4" NPT adapters with on/off valve, cylinder recycling tools, carrying bags and a wall mount bracket are listed above.
Brass or stainless steel?
Nickel-plated brass is right for non-reactive and pure gases: carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, propane, isobutylene, oxygen, nitrogen and their mixtures. Reactive gases — hydrogen sulfide (H2S), sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitric oxide (NO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), chlorine — and 4-gas quad mixes that contain H2S call for a stainless steel regulator so the reactive component reaches the sensor at full concentration.

Which regulator do I need for a 4-gas monitor? A stainless steel fixed flow regulator preset to the flow rate in your monitor's manual (commonly 0.5 LPM — check the manual). Quad mixes contain H2S, so brass is not recommended.
