Return and Refund Policy
Calibration Gas Cylinders — All Sales Final Calibration gas cylinders and all gas mixtures are classified as Hazardous Materials in compressed gas cylinders. For this reason, all cylinder sales are final. No returns, credits, or refunds are accepted on delivered cylinders or custom gas blends.
No Rental Charges or Deposit Fees Trigas USA cylinders are lightweight disposable calibration gas cylinders. No rental charges or deposit fees apply. Cylinders are disposable once completely empty.
Cancelled Orders Orders cancelled before shipment will incur the following fees:
- Standard mixtures: 25% labor and material fee
- Custom blends: 75% labor and material fee
Defective or Damaged Cylinders If you receive a defective or damaged cylinder, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@trigas-usa.com or +1 (954) 573-5060.
Replacement Process & RMA Trigas USA will replace any cylinder confirmed to be defective. To initiate a replacement:
- Contact sales@trigas-usa.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and description of the defect
- Trigas USA will review your request and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if approved
- Do not ship any cylinder back without a valid RMA number — returns without RMA will be refused
- Once your RMA is issued, you will receive return shipping instructions and a prepaid label
- Upon receipt and laboratory analysis of the defective cylinder, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
