Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using trigas-usa.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Trigas USA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Trigas USA does not accept orders from persons under the legal age of 18. We do not accept orders placed on behalf of someone who would be prohibited from purchasing these products.

Commercial Use Only Trigas USA products are available exclusively for business, industrial, laboratory, and university customers with verifiable United States commercial use applications. All orders must include a valid business name and a confirmed commercial, industrial, or university shipping address. Residential addresses are not accepted. All orders are reviewed before approval for shipment. Trigas USA reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

Hazardous Materials Trigas USA ships calibration gas cylinders classified as hazardous materials under DOT regulations. By placing an order, you confirm that your facility is authorized to receive, handle, and use compressed gas cylinders in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

No Resale Resale of any products purchased from trigas-usa.com is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property All content on trigas-usa.com including but not limited to images, part numbers, pricing, product descriptions, and text is the property of Trigas USA. Unauthorized use, reproduction, scraping, copying, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Automated programs, bots, scrapers, or any unauthorized data extraction tools are strictly prohibited.

Pricing & Product Changes Trigas USA reserves the right to adjust pricing, product specifications, and gas concentrations without prior notice due to the nature of specialty gas products.

Limitation of Liability Trigas USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
