Cylinder sizes and connections

17 L and 34 L steel cylinders use the CGA600 fitting; 34 L aluminum, 58 L, 103 L, 105 L and 116 L cylinders use C-10. Pick the calibration gas regulator to match: fixed flow for handheld monitors, demand flow for pumped instruments and docking stations, stainless steel for reactive gases and quad mixes.

What is calibration gas? A certified gas or gas mixture of known concentration used to verify (bump test) and adjust (calibrate) the sensors in a gas detector so its readings are accurate.

Are these cylinders refillable? No. They are single-use, non-refillable cylinders; once empty they are recycled as scrap metal, so there is no cylinder rental or return.

How do I know which calibration gas my detector needs? Use the gas, concentration and part number listed in the detector's manual or calibration menu; the part number finder maps any OEM number to the matching Trigas cylinder.
